Zero Health provides access to certain covered healthcare services through a dedicated network of providers. How and when you can use this benefit depends on the medical plan you choose.

If You Choose...

HMO Gold or Platinum Plan Zero Health is available beginning September 1, 2026. Covered Zero Health services are provided at no cost to you.

High-Deductible PPO Plan Zero Health is available beginning October 1, 2026. IRS rules require you to first meet a minimum deductible ($1,700 individual / $3,400 family) before Zero Health services are available at no cost. Zero Health will report your deductible amounts to BCBSTX so they count toward your plan's deductible.
