Gators Helping Gators is a voluntary program designed to aid employees who experience a catastrophic medical condition for themselves or for an immediate family member and who have insufficient leave to meet those circumstances extending beyond five (5) consecutive workdays. However, the District may consider any extenuating circumstances if the catastrophic medical condition is for less than five consecutive workdays.
